Before serving it ...

It is advisable to put it in the refrigerator or even better in the freezer for a few hours. Zenzero, which has undergone a special filtering, always leaves a deposit on the bottom of the bottle. This does not mean that the product has deteriorated, on the contrary, it is precisely that deposit that gives the strong taste typical of the ginger root, it is therefore advisable to turn the bottle upside down before serving the Elixir. Once opened, the bottle can remain in the freezer.

The bottles should be stored in a cool, dry place and never exposed to direct sunlight.

 

Special uses

- Cake liqueur: Zenzerin is also excellent as a liqueur to prepare desserts and on lemon sorbet!
