Art.1: Company
Perbacco Liquori is an individual company based in Cologno Monzese (MI) which sells and distributes alcohol.
Art.2: Scope of application of the GCS
The General Conditions of Sale drawn up here apply to all purchases made at the individual company Perbacco Liquori on its online store via the website www.perbaccoliquori.com or by telephone.
The creation and payment of an order implies full and unreserved adherence to all the clauses present in the GCS. The customer declares, after validating the order, to have accepted these GCS and consequently to adhere to them completely.
Art.3: How to purchase
All orders are placed on the website www.perbaccoliquori.com/.it
The customer places his order by choosing the number of products he wants. Once the selection has been made, the customer validates the cart and chooses one of the payment methods.
After accepting the General Conditions of Sale, the order is considered final once payment has been made. An order confirmation is sent to the customer by email.
The Perbacco Liquori control service has the right to cancel an order even if it believes that the latter has various anomalies or irregularities (doubts about the customer's identity, creation of irregular accounts…).
The invoice issued by Perbacco Liquori is available in the customer account. Upon request, the same invoice can be sent to the customer by email.
In accordance with law n ° 80 336 of 1 May 1980, relating to the retention of title, the products remain the property of Perbacco Liquori until they have been paid for in full.
The customer becomes the owner and responsible for the items upon receipt, and the transfer of ownership is considered a transfer of risk.
Art.4: Methods of payment and prices

B: PRICES:
Prices are expressed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of VAT. For other countries of the European Union, the price differs according to the country of dispatch and takes into account the related VAT and other local taxes (excise duties).
The price indicated on the product sheet is to be understood as excluding shipping costs. For the same product, the price undergoes variations depending on the quantities chosen. Shipping costs depend on the shipping method chosen by the customer and the country of destination. Perbacco Liquori reserves the right to change the sale prices.
All promotional operations (vouchers, discount coupons, discounts for partners…) are limited to one person per family and per operation. Perbacco Liquori reserves the right to refuse orders that do not correspond to this criterion.
Art.5: Shipping:
Shipping on Italian national territory: From receipt of payment, Perbacco Liquori proceeds with the shipping operations. The latter is carried out at the address specified by the customer: the information indicated by him is under his responsibility. In case of errors or lack of information causing a problem or non-receipt of the goods, Perbacco Liquori will not be held responsible in any way. In case of return of the goods due to an incomplete address, the customer will have the possibility alternatively to change the shipping address and arrange a new shipment at his own expense, or to obtain a refund of the order excluding shipping costs. initials.
Responsibility for transport: The customer is responsible for verifying the contents of the package at the time of delivery and for making the reservation, in the following two ways: on the delivery note provided by the carrier or by immediately calling the carrier's customer service, in the presence of the factor. Shipping times: Perbacco Liquori undertakes to ensure that the goods are delivered as quickly as possible (usually 24h / 48h).
Art.6: Deposit and stock depletion:
In case of stock out of a certain product ordered, Perbacco Liquori undertakes to inform the customer as soon as possible, proposing the refund of the product / s not available, or of the entire order, according to what the customer wishes.
In case of temporary exhaustion, the customer can choose whether or not to wait until the replenishment date that will be indicated. If not, you can request the partial or total cancellation of your order.
Art.7: Commercial operations and advantages:
The set of promotional offers on the Perbacco Liquori website are limited based on the duration and available stocks. At the end of the offer, the products are subject to a price change. Therefore, the customer has the possibility to take advantage of a certain offer for a limited time interval: once the latter has ended, Perbacco Liquori cannot guarantee the same benefits to the customer on subsequent orders.
Invite a friend program: Perbacco Liquori allows its customers to join the "Invite a friend" program. The latter allows the customer who makes it and his friend to get a 10% discount on the next order. The discount code is unique and is sent to the customer and friend following an order placed by the person
invited with a minimum value of € 40, subject to non-cancellation of the order. Only one voucher is credited for each referred friend.
Perbacco Liquori reserves the right to temporarily increase the discount percentage of the code and to return to the base value of 10% without informing the members of the program. The modification of the amount of the purchase voucher does not involve the modification of the conditions of attribution and use specified above. In the event that Perbacco Liquori finds serious irregularities (creation of false accounts, same identity on multiple accounts ...) relating to the use by a customer of the discount code system of the "invite a friend" program, it can take all the necessary measures in order to put an end to such irregularities, including the cancellation of the discount voucher.
Customer Reviews: All Perbacco Liquori customers who have a customer account can, after making a purchase, leave a review on the site. Once a customer account has been created, the customer writes a comment on a previously purchased product. Each review allows the customer to earn a voucher of € 1. It can be combined and can be used when the customer wishes.
Art.8: Right of withdrawal:
The customer has the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within fourteen days.
The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which the customer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by him, physically takes possession of the goods.
To exercise this right, the customer is obliged to communicate the aforementioned decision to withdraw from this contract with a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post or e-mail).
In order for the withdrawal deadline to be respected, it is sufficient for the customer to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before its expiry.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this Agreement, we will refund all payments received, including shipping costs (except for any additional charges resulting from choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard we offer) without undue delay and, in in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day we are notified of your decision.The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different method, in each case, this refund will not result in any charge to be paid by the user. We may defer the refund until we have received the property or until the customer has provided proof of shipment of the property, whichever comes first.
It is necessary to return the property by hand or return it (at the buyer's expense) to Perbacco Liquori - via Matteotti, 7 20093 Cologno Monzese (MI) without undue delay and, in any case, no later than fourteen days from the date on which informed of his decision to withdraw from this contract. The products must be returned in perfect condition, the bottles must be closed and with the seal of the customs agency intact.
If some products have been damaged or worn, Perbacco Liquori has the right to deduct them from the refund paid to the buyer.
Art.9: Protection of minors:
The supply of alcoholic beverages is reserved exclusively for customers who have reached the age of majority (18 years) as required by current legislation. Therefore, the customer guarantees with his registration and with the acceptance of the general conditions of sale that the purchase is made by a person over 18 years old.
Art.10: Protection of personal data:
The customer has the right to access, rectify and delete personal data concerning him and which are processed under the responsibility of Perbacco Liquori. The customer is entitled to exercise these rights at any time by contacting customer service via email info@perbaccoliquori.com or by post.
In order to meet the needs of customers and to guarantee a quality remote service, Perbacco Liquori is required to record some personal data (name, surname, address).
Card payments are secured with SSL encryption. All banking information communicated at the time of purchase is neither stored nor visible online. Perbacco Liquori guarantees the confidentiality of the customer's data.

The photographs and illustrations used on the site are non-contractual. They are the exclusive property of Perbacco Liquori and are not free from rights.
Art.12: Jurisdiction:
For civil disputes, in the event that the buyer is a private individual acting for purposes unrelated to the exercise of the business or his professional activity, the mandatory territorial jurisdiction is of the judge of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer, if located in the territory of the State.
